Multiple Vendors & Fulfillment

Lore Emporium partners with a variety of U.S. based independent vendors and designers to bring you unique products. Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple packages and each item may have its own shipping timeframe and carrier.

• Each vendor is responsible for processing and shipping their own products.

• If you order items from more than one vendor, they will be shipped separately.

• Tracking information will be provided for each shipment as soon as it becomes available.

2. Processing & Shipping Times

Processing and shipping times vary by vendor. In general:

• Processing time: 1–7 business days (varies by vendor)

• Shipping time: 3–14 business days, depending on the vendor’s location and chosen carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

• The vendor’s location

• Shipping method chosen

• Weight and dimensions of your order

• Destination address

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number(s).
If your order includes items from multiple vendors, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Delays & Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note:

• Holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays or strikes may affect shipping times.

• Lore Emporium is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll work directly with the vendor to resolve it as quickly as possible.
